Cecilia Metelli. Those boots!

  1. One part goth, one part Mad Max with the boots and leather vest thingy.

    1. "Postapocalypticism", for lack of a better term, is definitely a part of goth/industrial styles. I am personally fond of the postapocalyptic western style of Fields of the Nephilim, the lead singer of which band portrayed a scavenging nomad of the wastes in the postapocalypse/cyberpunk movie Hardware using his own, everyday clothing, but it is probably best displayed in the band's promo video for the song "Preacher Man", which could also be inspirational for gaming.

  2. Huh, the boots were the first thing I noticed, too. :)

She should get a write-up for your V&V series. :)

    1. I very well may. I need to be careful, though, or most of my metahumans will be goths!

Not that that would be terrible. Just… jarring. ;)

  3. Very nice. I had considered running a feature like this back in the early days of my own blog and then never got back to it. Reading over some of your back posts since August I am sure I would not have done as well as you are doing!

I know I have been inspired by a few of these.

    1. I've still got a couple of weeks more of them queued up, too! When I finish this lousy novel I'm writing, I'll hunt down some more and build my GotW buffer back up.

You should run a feature like this. Images of people can be inspiring for games, as well as serve as a break in the pure gaming stuff. I also think that it's interesting to see what different people find to be attractive fashion design.
